Initial consultation (with Fertility specialist).
Free initial consultation with our fertility specialist which enable you to ask any questions which our web site or info pack may not be able to answer for you. This is often the first stage of contact with most people prior to a consultation with our consultant gynaecologist and can be either in London or by telephone or Skype.
Initial consultation with our consultant gynaecologist.
Very important to determine medical history, which tests will be required, treatment programmes will be discussed: £200-00
Follow up consultation (with Fertility specialist).
Review results of initial tests, further procedures if required and treatment plan). £120-00
Implications counselling (with fertility practitioner).
(Enable informed choice, explore implications linked to the Programmes, and possible effects on family and resulting child). £ 90-00
Initial screening tests - Female:
Full blood count, Biochemical screen, Hormone profile, Mammogram, Viral conditions: Hepatitis B, C and HIV ; Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and Syphilis. Electrocardiogram if over 45 years of age. Costs vary according to individual requirements
Initial screening tests - Male:
Semen Analysis including bacterial culture, Viral conditions: Hepatitis B, C and HIV ; Bacterial conditions: Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and Syphilis. Costs vary according to individual requirements
Egg donation treatment package fee includes:
Coordination of egg donation procedure: Registration and Documentation, donor/recipient characteristics matching. Consultations: Doctor, Nurse, Egg donation co-ordinator, Support Counsellor. Treatment management protocol, Ultrasound scan and prescribed medication (separate cost). Guaranteed number of mature donated eggs. Sperm sample analysed, fertilisation of eggs and sperm using ICSI procedure. Embryo transfer and follow up pregnancy test and consultation.
