Alicante, Spain.
Immediate treatment available
The centre in spain was founded in 1990 and was the first medical institution in Spain wholly specialised in assisted reproduction.
IED work with the centre in Alicante, their modern purpose-built centre which opened in 2006. In 2008 the centre completed approximately 1,000 treatments for international patients who travelled to Alicante, primarily for egg donation.
In accordance with the advice given by the HFEA own policy. IED works in partnership with the centre to prepare and support patients who wish to travel to Spain for treatment.
Assessment and preparation of potential patients take place here in the UK arranged by the IED team.
It’s possible you do not require standard treatment but at IED we study your specific circumstances and develop the made-to-measure strategy for your treatment to be successful.
The latter stages of your treatment protocol will include you and your partner travelling to Spain for approximately 5 days. During this time your partner will provide a semen sample and your embryo transfer will be performed.
Full details of this programme are available from the IED team by contacting us.
