RBA offers one of the largest, immediately accessible source of donor eggs in the United States. This means that, once you have completed all the relevant screening tests, you will be able to start treatment immediately – with preparation through IED in the UK and a single 7 – 10 day visit to the USA.
Assessment and preparation of potential patients take place here in the UK through IED. Patients will have an individual treatment management protocol prepared for them jointly with RBA.
The latter stages of your treatment protocol will include you and your partner travelling to the USA for approximately 7 – 10 days. At this stage your partner will provide a semen sample and your embryo’s derived transferred.
Do you need a visa for the USA?
For most patients, visas will not be an issue, irrespective of the treatment location you choose. However, it is increasingly the case that citizens of certain countries are finding visas increasingly difficult to obtain. Visa details are available from the IED team.
